Body confidence is such an intricate topic to discuss. There are so many different things that contribute to a person feeling confident in their body. We are told time and time again by mainstream media that we need to 'rock our curves', 'embrace our flaws' and 'love ourselves', yet the same publishers are then body shaming us for being too thin, having a few extra pounds, pores that are too large, or a post-baby body that hasn't bounced back as quickly as it 'should'!
It can all get a bit much at times.
Let's face it, we might not have the glam squad of the Kardashian clan to be selfie-ready every minute of the day, but we can (and should) do little things to make ourselves feel good.
