Meet Michelle: One Minute Yoga

To make it as easy as possible to feel like the best version of you, eumom have paired up with Michelle Moroney from The Cliffs Of Moher Retreat to bring you a series of One Minute Yoga videos.

A little bit about Michelle...

 

 

"My name is Michelle Moroney and I am a mom of 3 small boys. I also run two yoga related companies with my husband, teach yoga full time and I often hear the words, "I don’t know how you do it". I’m not super organised, nor a particularly tidy person, but I have surrendered to this stage of life which seems to be represented by the word BUSY.

I started to think about duty and being busy and I came to the conclusion that the Dalai Lama is also incredibly busy, yet he always seems to remain calm. So I aspire to do the same.

My favourite quote is, "How you do anything is how you do everything", so in this whirlwind of life with babies and breastfeeding and business, I try to remain as present as possible and I always make time for my fitness, wellness, and mental health.

It looks a lot different, not like it used to, I grab moments when I can, where I can. I am trying to enjoy these crazy days because within all the work and the long list of things to do, there are moments of magic with my family that are more special than anything I have ever encountered in my life before children.
