Check This Out! The Ultimate Conference For Irish Business Women

Tickets are now on sale for the 2017 Women's Inspire Network National Conference, taking place on Tuesday 10th October at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport.

The one-day event addressing business and personal development is organised by tweeting goddess, Samantha Kelly, the founder of the Women’s Inspire Network which connects and empowers female-led businesses. The theme is ‘self-care in Business’ as self-care is something that Women in Business often neglect without realising it.

Dragons' Den Investor Alison Cowzer is a keynote speaker on getting a business off the ground and plotting its future.

A packed agenda will involve networking, speakers, panel discussions and workshops, including health and wellbeing fringe seminars. Lunch is also included.

“People often take the summer downtime to consider their career and business future planning, so we’re encouraging them to act now and be part of the biggest forum for female entrepreneurs in Ireland,” Samantha Kelly says.

Speakers & Workshops to Inspire & Support

The inspirational line-up of speakers also includes R. Shawn McBride, a business strategist who will detail how to plan or revise your business in order to keep control of your life.

Life-coach Geraldine Gallagher, who specialises in supporting women returning to work after maternity leave or a career break, has advice on getting back into work mode without overly compromising family life.

Fertility expert Helena Tubridy looks at the growing numbers of women delaying motherhood on account of their careers and the choices they face.

The importance of digital marketing and social media for business is reflected, with speakers offering practical jargon-free guidance.

There’s a twitter masterclass from Samantha Kelly, and Canadian speaker Elaine Lindsay will address S.E.O, putting your business right up there in an internet search.  Fiona Catchpowle will detail how to get real results with Facebook for business.

Linda Coyle, a public speaking coach, has tips to help women in business to communicate with confidence, and financial advisor Eddie Hobbs will discuss business finances including borrowing, personal and company taxation, and the dos and don’ts of managing cash-flow.

There is practical advice too from members of the Women's Inspire Network who can ‘talk the talk’, having walked the walk, and understand the practical and emotional challenges of getting a business off the ground.

The WIN national conference is for anyone thinking of setting up a business or already in business, according to Samantha Kelly, and men are also welcome to sign-up for a day of inspirational and practical business advice.

“The WIN conference is great for networking and getting practical advice on the business and personal issues female entrepreneurs face, and we’re delighted to welcome everyone, whether network members or guests, to join us”, Kelly says.

As well as her own social media business, Samantha Kelly manages The Women’s Inspire Network and its communications platforms, including a Facebook group of over 7,000 members, twitter forums, regional seminars, workshops, E-books and webinars. Their membership is growing as there are so many online business owners who often work from home. It can be very isolating so support is essential. See for membership details.
