Mixed Berry Smoothie

Mixed Berry Smoothies are very quick and easy to make and are perfect as an on-the-run breakfast or a refreshing afternoon snack. Using mixed frozen berries in this smoothie makes it similar to a fruit frappe! Courtesy of

  •  250g frozen mixed berries
  •  40g raw oats
  •  250ml low fat milk or almond milk
  •  250ml natural yoghurt
  •  Honey to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in the jug of a food blender and 1 tbsp honey then blend until smooth. 15-20 seconds. Taste and add more honey if needed. Serve chilled.
  2. Will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
