Healthy-Nachos

Healthy Nachos

This is a really quick and healthy dish that all the family will love. The tomato sauce is packed with veggies and can prepared in advance and frozen to save time. Turkey mince is lower in calories and fat but you can also use lean beef mince depending on your preference. This dish will also work with white potatoes. Courtesy of ilovecooking.ie
