Cajun Salmon

Nothing could be easier than whipping up this cajun salmon for dinner. Using smoky cajun spices gives salmon a nice kick, in this super healthy main meal with minimal ingredients. Courtesy of

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes



  •  4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
To serve:
  •  Steamed baby potatoes
  • Green salad


  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Line the grill pan with foil and take the rack off. Rub a little oil over each salmon fillet, and rub the Cajun spice into each one, leaving to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Grill the salmon gently for 8 – 10 minutes, skin side up.
  3. Serve with steamed baby potatoes and green salad.
