Simple Fitness Tips from Olympic Rower & Mom, Sinead Lynch
Being a busy mom, it's often very hard to find the time, or to muster the energy, to spend some time on ourselves, working on our health and our fitness.
With so much going on in our day to day lives, we often fall back on old excuses for avoiding exercise, such as 'I just don't have time', 'I've too much housework to do', and 'I've had a busy day, I just want to sit down and relax'. Knowing the benefits of regular exercise might encourage you to find time for yourself. Did you know that exercise...
- Helps controls weight
- Combats health conditions and diseases
- Drastically improves your mood
- Gives you a big energy boost
- Helps you sleep better
- Puts the spark back into your sex life (the more you exercise, the better you feel, the more energy you have for bedroom fun!).
And if those benefits aren't enough to encourage you, then maybe hearing from this incredible and inspiring mom will!
