I’ve tried them. Didn’t find them that great tbh. The best way to burn calories and lose fat is to get your heart rate up! So any form of cardio really would be your best bet. Go for a walk and do intervals of sprinting. Or get a skipping rope! Or do an exercise DVD. The best one I’ve come across is the 30 Day Shred. It’s intense, but it really works! Look it up on YouTube! :)
