Hi, my name is Karen and I’m a dietitian specialising in maternal nutrition during and after pregnancy (currently completing my PhD in Holles Street).
Myself and Shane McShea, an experienced personal trainer, are setting up the Baby Boomers Fitness Group in Dublin city centre – fun, group exercise classes plus one-on-one nutrition advice with myself to get you back in shape after your pregnancy and feeling great! :)
