just draw a line under it and start again thats what im doing i was up 3lb after my two weddings and i have to say i wasnt even up that much on my own scales a very hi tech digital one that you put your age and weight and height into and it measures your body fat and water weight,, ?? so we will just have to see i had a bit of choclate last night and one bottle of beer i was consoling my self !! tee hee

so i made my big pot of veg soup and done my shopping so im all set for another week

just think about what you would like to wear over the christmas and feel comfortable and sicken the mil or sil that you have done it !! ha ah

and just tell them ah ive been walking a bit more !!

Hi Girls, I joined ww again a few weeks back online but havent got into it at all. Bad year of comfort eating so now want to shift a stone at least. Have big do coming up at Christmas and need to find a evening dress, you think that would give me the incentive I need! Have had a few weeks of partys, cakes, big meals, takeaways (working on house so no kitchen to speak of - thats my excuse!!)but fully intend to get serious tomorrow. TBH feel rotten eating so much rubbish!
Good luck girls, bring on the soup!

Its great for motivating you. Also Fri is a good day as it allows you a chance to claw back any damage from previous weekend lol!

Fifi too i have a load of do's coming up end of Nov and Dec so will all make a huge effort to get going before the party season kicks in.

Any tips or receipes that you hear of or pick up please share as we can all use extra help.

Im an avid believer in the water drinking really does curtail your appetite(i know its boring but it works lol)also the exercise even if its only 20mins a day it all adds up.Have started taking my runners to work and go out during my lunch for 20 mins.

Best of luck all for the coming week.

Hi All,

I wasn't great for the weekend, but today is a new day! I have my bag of fruit on my desk to stop me getting chocolate with my coffee, my big bottle of water to keep me going.
I'm trying to avoid making different dinners to DH so I am going to try this week to eat smaller portions of the same thing and see how I get on.

Working girl,
fair play to you for your motivation.I'd definately say that the 3lb was fluid retention and you will have a big loss this week.

Joeyb i could have wrote your post lol!Very good today so far.I made my big pot of zero pt soup and had a sandwich for lunch.Just after 30 mins walk and feeling very motivated for the coming week.Weather is lovely.

Carriemom welcome your with the right gang here for encouragement.Add your name to end of list. Will update everyone on Fri and hopefully we will see some amazing results.

Better go and do some work chat later.
