Hi there girls,

Lini - congratulations , Liam, a gorgeous name, and what a lovely size - he's big and healthy but not enormous......my first was 8 6, second was 9 1 - I might be on for a ten pounder yet!!!

 

I got LMK's text last night and just started to laugh  - me and dh were just walking out of Captain America's after a right feed to celebrate our anniversary!!  Four years married and almost three kids - not bad eh!  I had my appointment with gynae yesterday and he was so apologetic about the previous day, I've basically been a patient of his since December 2006 and we've never had a delay of more than twenty minutes, so of course we can forgive him!  He asked me if I wanted him to guesstimate the weight - my answer, a short and sweet no!

 

Babypickle, don't worry about the rings, mine are off weeks, once my fingers began to swell I pulled them off.....it seems a bit wierd, but it won't be long and they'll be back on!!

 

Anita Maria, you're so good, juicy fruits and yogurt - not jellies, cream cakes etc!!!!  Cream donuts are my daily staple!!!!  I'll be back in weightwatchers the last week in October, and back down to my normal weight by March at the latest.  I hope!

 

Chess, really thinking of you, five days over - I remember it on my last fella, and my fingers are crossed that I won't do the same this time - and they're crossed that you'll go soon xx

 

Sorry to have dissappointed anyone who thought I might have had news

Sweetpea, congrats on your anniversary, wow four years and almost 3 kids, good for you, i am four years married and almost 2 kids, i thought that was good going.
chess i hope things happen for you soon, i was 10 days over with dd, at that stage you just want it to be over.
congrats to alluremom, god there are babies popping out big time - exciting.
ok am going for my bath now.

hello girlies, just seen the message from lini. thank god for kim or you would never get any up to date news from me!!!

all quiet today, didnt do much only trying to keep the house sort of tidy just in case i get called away early. dont think there is any chance of that though. the last few days i have been more tired than the the rest of the preg. i could sleep at any time during the day but keep wakening during the night. and 6.3 or 7 comes round so early when my wee urchin ds2 appears at the side of the bed " maaaaammmmmyyyy, its morning tiiimmmeee and im hungry..." :))

hope everyone keeping well and having a stress free weekend...

Isnt that a lovely name, i havent seen it spelt like that before, its gorgeous. making me broody for a wee girl though i will be so happy with whatever comes out, but a girl would just be perfect :))

Congrats Lini - thanks for updating everyone Kim - I was on the way to kinsale for fish and chips when her text came through.
And congrats to you alluremom - you must be so delighted that baby is finally here after all you have been through.
Hey piper good to hear from you. Yep I am still logging on late and anita has taken over the middle of the night/early morning shift LOL
Poor anita - still not sleeping. Thank god I had a good night sleep last night. I finally convinced DH that a bit of nookie was ok at this stage so I reckon thats why I slept well.......!!!
Hormones are definately a bit crazy with everyone lately. I look after the books for DH and he was asking me to change something with his expenses the other morning and all I could do was cry up in his face. Total nutter!!!

Oh wuzz - I am with you on the cleaning bit. But I have left my kitchen and sunroom in chaos this evening. Whats the bets I will go into labour tonight and peole will be coming into a messy house. I have been so good at leaving the place clean at night lately.

We had a lovely evening - went to kinsale for fish and chips - just yum. Had a lovely stroll, well waddle , around. Great sale on in a shoe shop, but with elephant feet like mine at the moment I had to resist. DH bought shoes though. Weather has been just fab down here lately.
Wrecked now - tucked up in bed with a cup of RLT !

Congrats Lini!!!!

 I got some news. I had my baby girl Hailie yesterday.. I texted Mrs u to tell you girls but she was in hospital too. She had her baby boy Donnacha 6lb 12 oz on 28th of july. 

I was induced, my labor was around 8 hours , they had to use vacuum, I had 2 tiny stitches. I feel generally well, just tired but over the moon.

My ancle is swollen . Has anyone experienced this after giving birth? I didnt have problems with swollen ancles or feet when I was pregnant though

Oh my God, Siliu CONGRATS  am delighted for you. Hope your 1st night is going well.

I remember the swelling all over increasing in the few days after having my other 2.... it's all the extra fluid leaving your body. but i don't remember swelling specifically in one area.Hope younot too sore and are enjoying Hallie in between resting!!!

Mrs U big congats to too can't wait to hear both birth stories.

Thats 2 boys and 2 girls in last 2 days.will  leave it too experts to update list.

Oh my goodness seems everytime I log on a new baby has arrived, brilliant to be at this stage.

 

Huge congrats to Lini, Alluremom, Sillu and Mrs U.

Alluremom hope you are feeling well after such a tough pregnancy. Sillu my sisters feet got very swollen in hospital and for a while after the birth.

 

I went to bed a little later in the hope that I would sleep through but no such luck, I only seem to be able to sleep for 3 or 4 hours at a time. During the day I seem to be really sleepy, so I am jsut taking naps and sleeping whenever I can.

Well since losing the mucous plug nothing else has happened except that I feel very uncomfortable in the evenings and have come to the conclusion I need to eat a smaller evening meal even though I love a big dinner there just isn't enough space for baby and dinner!!!

chess i really know what you are going through, every day waiting is like a month when you go over. i went 10 days over 1st time but only 5 last time so maybe i will go on due date this time....ummm prob not knowing me!

Another wet miserable moring here and two boys standing at the back door already waiting on rain to stop so they can get out...:((

Morning ladies and babies...aww 2 more babas,fantastic!! Im laughing to myself babypickle, the two of us are stomping our feet saying no fair!!!

feeling much less emotional today!! Gonna make a nice meal for Dh and I this eve,rachel allen does a really lovely lookin morrocan lamb dish so gonna take a trip to butchers and shops and stock up!!Have only ever cooked lamb once before so we will see

Morning ladies!

So many new babies, wow!! Congrats to lini, alluremom, sillu and mrs u!!

Im so jealous, officially one day overdue now, ahh!! I went 10 days over on ds though so i know how it goes haha...ill probably be the same this time too but sure ah well, as long as babs is happy then thats all that matters!! Scrubbed the house to within an inch of its life yesterday...had a lovely long hot soak last night and slept great then apart from the pee trips but i fell back asleep straight away each time.

Anybody any nice plans this weekend? Im currently watching handy manny with the 2 kiddies and not planning on doing anything lol!

Have my two nephews for the night so might bring them ut for pizza and get movie and popcorn for later, well the piza is more for me than them but thats my excse and i,m sticking to it

Chess - hope you are feeling good- It must be hard learning about all the new babies when you are over due - labour dust to you.

Enjoy your kerry match Duchie.

We dont have any plans for the weekend either. DH is gone for his mandatory game of golf this morning, but I am not really in the mood for anything today.
Must do a bit of ironing here alright. Might nip to bandon - there is a sale on in a baby shop there and I have loads of baby presents to buy.
OMG had so many loo trips last night, but slept fairly well othe than that.

Handy manny is just great Denni - I was watching it earlier with DS too!! Poor fella gave himself a shiner this morning.

baby pickle well done on updating the list, looking well! Cant believe theres 11 august babies born already and its not even august...crazy!!

New Bee your poor ds, how did he manage that? My ds gave himself a busted nose the other day, we were having a bite to eat at a picnic bench and he fell...not sure how he managed to do it lol!! No fear in him though, he just gets up and would try to do it again...boys eh? dd was never like that!

Wow 4 babies thats such fantastic news - hope you're all doing ok!!

Have spent the morning in bed napping on and off so think i've caught up on a bit of sleep considering last night think bubs was ready to escape with all the movement!!

Anita enjoy your meal tonight sounds yum - was down with dp mum on thurs and she gave us some salmon that dp brother had caught in the atlantic so thats whats on the menu in my house tonight!!
