There are numerous benefits of making your own homemade beauty treatments; you will have peace of mind that everything is natural; the homemade products are cost effective and kind to all skin types and environment.

For facemasks, why shell out big money when you can use basic ingredients found in the kitchen to make your own versions. If you have oily skin or spot-prone skin, mud or clay-based masks are great for balancing out skin. Dry skin will benefit from hydrating masks made from glycerine, honey and oils, while ginseng or green tea masks are great for soothing sensitive skin. Scrubs are also great for getting rid of the dead skin- try one prior to applying a face mask.
